Head Chef

  • At least 3-5 years experience as a Head Chef
  • Must have exemplary leadership qualities & discipline
  • Should be a team leader & be capable of managing & training the junior staff
  • HACCP/ ServSAFE certified
  • Must be able to upgrade the kitchen operations, creating new menus & presenting varying top food quality
  • Thorough knowledge of food products standard receipes & proper preparation
  • Can do inventory, purchasing, food costing & budgetting
  • Must be flexible in work schedule
